COVID-19 Visitation Guidelines
If you, your child, or anyone in your household is sick or has had exposure to COVID-19 within 14 days of your scheduled appointment please inform your assigned social worker and your appointment will be rescheduled. DO NOT COME TO CFS.
Only the adults and child(ren) referenced in the Court Orders will be permitted at CFS. Please make child care arrangements for minor children as needed, as they will not be able to enter or wait inside of CFS.
Please wash and/or disinfect your hands immediately upon arrival at CFS and frequently during your time at CFS, including after eating or using the restroom. CFS will have hand sanitizer available for use.
You will be asked to maintain physical distancing in CFS’ office and office building whenever possible. This includes common waiting areas and restrooms.
Adults and children over two years old are required to wear a mask while at CFS appointments and in CFS’ office buildings. If you do not have one when you arrive, a mask will be provided to you.
CFS will follow directives from Court or counsel if there is no consent between parties regarding any specific precautions pertaining to COVID-19.
